Effect Duration
The Effect Duration feature allows you to change the duration of a multi-
keyframe E-MEM effect without having to individually change the dura-
tions of each keyframe.
When an effect is first created it has a natural duration, which is the time
indicated by the last keyframe. With Effect Duration you can make the
overall length of the effect longer or shorter with a single command. Each
keyframe duration in the effect will be increased or decreased proportion-
ately to match the new duration, called a forced duration. You can also
restore the effect to its original, natural duration if desired.
The
Effect Dur
button resides at the lower left corer of the Timeline - Time
Adjust menu (
). Touching this button opens a
numeric keypad you use to enter the new duration of the effect
(
