Axis Buttons
Holding down the
X
,
Y
, and
Z
axis buttons individually or in any combina-
tion constrains the Joystick parameter changes to the selected axes. For
example, if the
X
button is held down while the Joystick is moved, then only
X axis deflection is performed. Axis constraints also apply to centering
functions.
The
Center
button is used to apply the default (center) value to the delegated
parameter.
Pressing and releasing the
X
,
Y
, and
Z
buttons transfers the current trans-
form parameter to the Master E-MEM subpanel keypad. The Master
E-MEM subpanel keypad may then be used to enter an exact value for that
parameter.
E-MEM Subpanels
An E-MEM subpanel is used to Learn and Recall E-MEM effects for the
M/E or PGM/PST in which the subpanel resides. The E-MEM subpanel
also provides Lock, Sequence, Effect Dissolve and Run capabilities. On the
Zodiak system, M/Es 1, 2, and 3 (or PGM/PST in a 2.5-M/E system) are
equipped with this subpanel (
).
All the functions of an individual E-MEM subpanel are also available on
the Master E-MEM subpanel, via enables (see Master E-MEM Subpanel
).
