Macro Menus
Macro Attach Menu
The Macro Attach menu ( Figure 135 ) is accessed by touching the Attach cat-
egory selection button at the bottom of the Macro menu.

Panel Attach Mode Pane
Macros can be attached to other panel buttons so the macro runs when that
button is pressed. Macros can run before the normal function of that
button, after the normal function (when the button is released), or com-
pletely replace that button function. When macro mode is on, touching a
Pre Attach , Post Attach , or Replace Attach buttons activates attach mode. You
then select the macro register of the desired macro and press the button to
which you wish to attach that macro.
Any buttons on the Main panel (except delegation buttons and buttons dis-
abled due to a lack of resources) can have macros attached. Attach mode
remains on until turned off, to permit quick attachments of the same macro
to several buttons.
Macros are attached to physical buttons, not to the delegated function of
that button. For example, if you attach a macro to the
Chroma Key button, the
macro will run whenever that button is pressed, regardless of what keyer
that subpanel has been delegated to control.
