Normal Mode

The

Shift

button at the far right of each bus allows access to 23 additional

input sources (refer to Shifted Sources

on page 41

). When in Normal mode,

holding down the

Shift

button and selecting a crosspoint source selects a

source from the input sources assigned to sources 24 – 47. The

Shift

button

will light indicating the selection made on the bus to its left is a shifted
source.

Latched Mode

When in Latched mode, the

Shift

button acts like the Caps Lock key on a

standard keyboard. Pressing the

Shift

button latches the bus to the shifted

state and lights the button. Selecting any crosspoint button to its left now
selects only a latched source until the button is pressed again and turns off.
