CFM configuration
If the VPLS local configuration is not done prior to configuring the maintenance association, the MA
configuration is not allowed. BEB-1 will work as an MIP.
1. Enter the cfm-enable command to enable CFM.

2. Create a maintenance domain with a specified name PROVIDER_1 and level 4.
