Hardware Settings
Preview Device
If you have a preview device that is not the same device as a device used
for capturing, it may be separately configured with the Preview Device set-
tings. The input and output (preview) settings are configured in the Device
Preset settings for those devices capable of both source capture (input) and
preview/tape out (output). See Device Presets
on page 83 for more informa-
tion.
To configure a preview device, follow these steps after attaching the device
to the EDIUS NEO computer and making sure it is powered on:
1. Select Settings>System Settings>Hardware>Preview Device from the
Preview window menu bar (click the ”+” to expand the Hardware
section if it is collapsed).
The Preview Device dialog depicted in Figure 88 appears.

The attached preview device connection appears in the dialog.
