Transition Trim Mode
When a transition is selected, the In side of the transition or the Out side of
a transition is selected depending upon what point of the transition was
clicked. When the cursor is placed on the transition, the trim cursor dis-
plays a T to indicate it is in transition trim mode (see
Figure 462 ).

Moving the transition trim cursor left or right shortens or lengthens the
transition at the In point or Out point depending on where the active trim
handle is.
