Auto Save does not save files under the following conditions:
•
Auto save is disabled.
•
Nothing has changed in the Asset Bin or Timeline since the last auto
save.
•
Preview window is locked.
•
Auto save interval occurs while exporting a file or while exporting
to tape.
•
Auto save interval occurs while trimming a clip (except in trim
mode).
•
Auto save interval occurs while running a voice over.
•
Auto save interval occurs while Importer Settings dialog is active.
•
Auto save interval occurs while setting a poster frame.
•
Auto save interval occurs while project settings dialog is active.
•
Auto save interval occurs while creating a new project.
•
Auto save interval occurs during source capture.
•
Auto save interval occurs during playback, loop play, fast forward
or fast reverse operations.
•
Auto save interval occurs while the mouse cursor is moving or a
right-click menu is displayed.
•
If Auto Save does not save because of playback, file trim or file export
operations, auto save occurs automatically when the application
becomes idle.
•
Auto Save runs automatically before output to file or output to tape.
