Edges
The edges of the mask shape can be a specific color of a specific width. Soft-
ness may be applied and can be applied to the inside, outside or both sides
of the mask border.
To set the shape mask edge properties, do the following:
1.
Select the Color option to designate a color for the edge.
2.
Click the color patch (white square in
) to display the
ColorSelect dialog illustrated in
Figure 622. ColorSelect Dialog
3.
From the ColorSelect dialog, select the desired color for the mask edge.
4.
Click on the Color Width setting and adjust the edge width by scrolling
the mouse wheel to change the setting or by directly entering the
desired width setting from the keyboard.
Note
Edge width is set in pixels.
5.
Select the Soft setting if you wish to apply softness to the edge.
6.
Click on the Soft Width setting and adjust the softness width by
scrolling the mouse wheel to change the setting or by directly entering
the desired softness width setting from the keyboard.
