Timeline Settings
When viewing waveforms, it is often desirable to increase track height in
order to better view the peaks and valleys in audio waveforms as illus-
trated in
Figure 340 .

Track Operations
Track operations deal with naming, copying, adding and deleting tracks in
the Timeline.
Change Track Name
The default track names are:
• V - Video Track
• VA - Video/Audio Track
• A - Audio Track
• T - Title Track
These track names may be changed, if desired. Track names may be up to
30 characters in length. Multiple tracks may have the same name.
To change a track name, do the following:
1. On the track panel, right-click on the track panel of the track for which
you wish to change the name.
2. Select Rename from the menu as depicted in Figure 341 .
