Figure 635 illustrates several vertices that have been created on the upper
portion of the bell tower by clicking on each point at which a vertex should
be added.

Delete Last Vertex
If you make a mistake in setting the vertex location, right-clicking on the
mouse or pressing the [
Backspace ] key deletes the vertex that was just
added.
Figure 636 shows all paths and vertices added to the bell tower to com-
pletely enclose the upper portion of the tower. When the starting point is
clicked after creating all paths and ending at the starting point, a closed
region is created and the shape is defined.
Notice that the paths covering the rounded portion of the tower have not
yet had the curves defined.
