Click the list button ( ) on the
Device
button and select an input device
from the list of available devices.
The devices available in this list are the devices defined in the System Set-
tings Device Presets dialog. See Device Presets
for more informa-
tion.
Note
The Voice Over dialog options may change depending upon the selected
source. For example, if a monaural source is selected, the meter bar display
changes to monaural.
Note
If the selected device supports duplex mode and is currently used as an
output device, voice over input gets priority and the Timeline will change to
software output mode.

Adjust the volume of the source with the Volume slider.
