Apply Video Filters
Apply Video Filters
To apply a video filter to a clip, follow these steps:
1. Select the VideoFilters folder in the Effect Palette to display all video
filters as illustrated in
Figure 615 .

2. Drag and drop the selected filter on the selected clip on the Timeline.
Alternative Method:
Use the right-click method explained in Right-Click Menu on page 496 .
Shape Mask Filter
A mask filter is used to crop part of a video image in any shape and either
make the surrounding area transparent or apply another filter, such as a
mosaic, to that region.
The mask filter is one of the available video filters as depicted in Figure 616 .
