Hardware Settings
Delete a Project Preset
To delete a project preset, follow these steps:
1. Select Settings>System Settings>Application>Project Preset from the
Preview window menu bar.
2. From the presets list, select the preset you wish to delete.
3. Click the Delete button.
The delete confirmation shown in Figure 78 appears.

4. Click the Yes button to confirm deletion of the selected project preset.
Hardware Settings
Hardware settings allow you to define external hardware devices that may
be attached to the EDIUS NEO computer for capturing source material
(input) and previewing and outputting projects to tape.
Some devices may be used for both functions and use common formats.
Device Presets
Device presets may be created for external devices such as cameras, tape
decks, webcams, microphones, etc. which may be attached to the EDIUS
NEO computer and from which source material may be captured, pre-
viewed or recorded.
Create a Device Preset
To create an external device preset, do the following after attaching the
device to the EDIUS NEO computer:
1. Select Settings>System Settings>Hardware>Device Preset from the
Preview window menu bar (click the ”+” to expand the Hardware
section if it is collapsed).
