Shape Mask Filter
Scaling from Corner Track Points
Dragging any corner track point will scale the shape up or down
depending upon where it is dragged in relation to the anchor point.
Figure 666 illustrates the selected object being scaled up as the upper left
corner track point is dragged away from the anchor point.

In Figure 667 , the [ CTRL] key is held down while dragging the lower right
corner track point toward the upper left. This scales down the selected
object, but, all sides do not move equally in relation to the anchor point.
