Timeline Settings
Audio Expand
For the discussions below concerning the Audio Expand , VOL/PAN , Mixer Expand
and MIX buttons, refer to Figure 334 .
Figure 334. Track Panel Expand Buttons
As depicted in Figure 334 , VA tracks have two expand buttons to expand
the audio area and the mixer area. V tracks have only a Mixer Expand button
and A tracks have only an Audio Expand button.
The Audio Expand button [ / ] toggles the display of the VOL/PAN button on
and off and expands or contracts the track header accordingly.
Pressing [ ALT ]+[ S ] on the keyboard also toggles the VOL/PAN button on and
off.
VOL/PAN -
This button toggles between volume (VOL) adjustment mode, pan (PAN)
adjustment mode and VOL/PAN off.

Mixer Expand
The Mixer Expand button [ / ] toggles the display of the MIX button on and
off and expands or contracts the track header accordingly.
Pressing [ ALT ]+[ W ] on the keyboard also toggles the MIX button on and off.
