Importing from Removable Sources
Note Before importing clips from a CD or DVD, make sure that the CD/DVD import
settings are properly configured as described in Audio CD/DVD Settings
on
page 98 .
1. Insert the CD or DVD containing the source material you wish to
import into a CD/DVD drive attached to the EDIUS NEO computer.
2. Open the project into which you wish to import clips from a CD/DVD.
3. Open the Source Browser by clicking on the Source Browser tab (see
Figure 151 for an example of the default location).
4. Open the Audio CD/DVD folder to display the list of available CD/
DVD drives attached to the EDIUS NEO computer.
5. From the list of available drives, select the CD/DVD drive containing
the source material you wish to import.
The clips available on the CD/DVD in the selected drive appear in the
Source Content window. See
Figure 152 for an example of CD contents dis-
played in the Source Browser and Figure 154 for an example of DVD con-
tents displayed in the Source Browser.

6. To listen to an audio clip on a CD, right click on the clip and select Play
from the menu as illustrated in
Figure 153 . Double-clicking the clip also
plays the clip.
