Timeline Clip Operations
If the source has been resized so that it no longer fills the frame, a back-
ground color and opacity can be set.
To select the desired background color, click the Color of background color
patch and selected the desired color from the ColorSelect dialog.
Set the background opacity with the Background slider or via direct
numeric entry in the opacity value.
In
, the image has been resized, the source video set to 85%
opacity and the background color set to a dark green with 50% opacity.

Position
The position of the source image within the frame is controlled by the posi-
tioning controls.
Of course, dragging and dropping the image within the frame is one way
to position an image. Other methods are available in the Position section of
the Parameters tab as illustrated in
An image may be repositioned by directly entering the desired X and Y
coordinates of the center of the image, or by using one of the position
control buttons.
