The size or dimensions of the shape do not change when the anchor point
is moved. Only its position is changed.
Move Anchor Point without Moving the Shape and Tracker
If the [ CTRL ] key is held down while the anchor point is dragged to a new
location, only the anchor point changes position. The shape and its tracker
remain in the original position as illustrated in
Figure 662 .
In the example in Figure 662 , the anchor point has been moved outside the
shape and tracker.
