Track Ripple Sync
Track ripple sync may be set for individual tracks or all tracks. When track
ripple sync is enabled, editing one track (inserting, deleting or moving
clips, for example) affects all other tracks for which ripple sync is also
enabled if insert mode is active. All tracks are kept in sync; that is, they
maintain their prior positions relative to one another from the insertion
point on. See
for an example with track ripple sync mode
enabled on all tracks. Default = Enabled for all tracks.

, ripple sync controls are associated with each
track on the Timeline and there is also a master toggle button that sets the
ripple sync mode for all tracks simultaneously.
