FF File type:
T = Timer
C = Counter
R = Control
SC = SFC status
MG = Message
PD = PID control
BT = Block transfer
TD = Token data
nnnn File number: 3 – 4095 decimal
For direct driver communication, timer, counter,
and control file types use the default file number
if the file number is absent. The default numbers
are 4 (timer), 5 (counter), and 6 (control).
eeee Element number: 0 – 4095 decimal
MNE Member mnemonic (see mnemonic tables
starting on page D-30)
ss Submember
Only applies to .ADDR and .DATA members of
PID structure and .DATA member of
MSG structure.
bb (optional ) Bit number: 0 – 15 decimal
Only applies to analog word members.
