RSView32 User’s Guide
To rotate an object:
1. Click the Rotate tool.
2. Click the mouse button. A small circle with a crosshair appears.
This is the anchor point that is used as the center of rotation. To
move the center of rotation, drag the crosshair.
3. Place the pointer on an edge of the object and drag the object to
rotate it.
To rotate the object in five–degree increments, press Ctrl while you
drag.
4. When the object is in the desired position, release the mouse
button.
You can place the crosshair inside an object...
... or you can place it outside an object.
