When you have selected all the fields you want, open the File menu
and then click Return Data to Microsoft Excel.

When you are back in Microsoft Excel, click Next in the
PivotTable Wizard.

Organizing the pivot table

After you have selected the data for your pivot table, specify how you
want that data to appear.

1.

In the Wizard, drag the field buttons and place them in the table.

2.

When the table is set up, click Next.

Specify a location for the pivot table.
