1.

If required, using the ODBC Administrator, set up an ODBC data
source name. For more information about setting up an ODBC
data source, see page 7-16.

2.

Double–click Events in the RSView32 Logic and Control folder.

3.

In the Expression box, type:

time(“01:00”)

. This expression runs

the command or macro you type in the Action box at 1:00 am
every day.

4.

If the ODBC data source is called RSView32ActivityLog, the
target table name is ActivityTable, the user name is Derek, and the
password is golf, in the Action box, type:

ActivityLogSendToODBC RSView32ActivityLog ActivityTable /

UDerek /Pgolf

5.

Click Accept to save the event.

6.

Click Close to save the event file.

7.

At the command line, type

EventOn <filename>

where <filename>

is the name of the event file you saved.
