configuration automatically whenever the
chassis is powered on, the card is reset,
or a replacement card is installed.

AT-CV5000
Report
The AT-PWR14 or AT-PWR15 Power
Supply Module in the AT-CV5000 Chassis
had an output voltage failure. The variable
n can be 3.3V, 5V, or 12V and signals
which voltage failed.

Supply Module resumed normal
operations or was replaced.
