The version of the matching BaseExtFpga (since BaseExtFpga
extends RtmFpga) is read. Must match always exactly the
version in RtmMatchBaseExtFpgaVerReg within BaseExtFpga
determined by compilation

Module Type and Functional Revision Register (32bit) [Hw: syn
, WAck1, RAck1]
The module type and functional revision of the module the
Fpga is upon. The value is determined by pull-up/pulldown
resistors.

Synchronisation and Error Monitor Register (32bit) [Hw: syn,
WAck1, RAck1]
This register monitors the synchronisation and error status of
different functions. If a function signals a out of sync or an error,
the respective bit is set. It can be reset by writing the respective
bit in SyncErrMonResReg

Synchronisation and Error Monitor Reset Register (32bit) [Hw:
syn, WAck1, RAck1]
The bits of this register reset the respective bits in
SyncErrMonReg. Writing a 1 to a bit resets the corresponding
bit in SyncErrMonReg. The corresponding bit is kept reset until
writing a 0 re-enables its monitor function again.

The bits of this register mask if a SyncErrInterrupt is generated
when the respective bits in SyncErrMonReg are set.
