The patch panel implements a push-button to be used by the craft person to check whether he
has connected the correct cable type to the correct connector instance of the RTM. The RTM
implements three LED's (one for every connector instance of the RTM) which are enabled by
the IPMI firmware when the push button is pressed and the connection type and instance is
correct.
