Note: On models that support Ethernet, an Ethernet tab will also be shown for configuring the IP
settings of the HMC.
The main screen area of MAPware-7000 appears:
Notice your project name lists on the title bar as well as in the Project List of the Project
Information Window.
Next configure the protocol for the desired PLC. Click on the plus sign next to the Network
Configuration folder in the Project Information Window, to expand and display subfolders. With
your mouse, right-click on Com1 and select Add.
