Set Locator
Allows you to enter text to aid in locating or identifying the switch. This text is displayed as the
Locator attribute. These ASCII characters cannot be used in the Set Locator field: =, +, &, or %.
Also, copy and paste features do not work in this field. For more information, see
Parameter: Locator – Free-form text up to 64 characters long.

AC Transfer Switch
A component of a 6770 switch module that automatically switches to a backup AC power source
if the primary source fails.
Location in OSM tree: External ServerNet Fabric > Switch Module > AC Transfer Switch

Attributes
AC Transfer Switch
Displayed in the Attributes tab and Attributes dialog box only if the value is
something other than OK.
Service State
Logical
The state (On or Off) of the backup power source for the switch. If both the
primary and backup sources of power fail, the UPS provides two hours of
backup power.
Backup Rail Power State
The state (On or Off) of the primary power source for the switch. If both the
primary and backup sources of power fail, the UPS provides two hours of
backup power.

Launches the Replace Switch Component guided procedure, which provides help for replacing the
component.
BladeCluster
The BladeCluster object is displayed at the top level of the tree pane when a NonStop BladeSystem
or NS16000 series server is a member of a

The BladeCluster object can be expanded in the tree pane to see
objects representing the
local and all remote nodes in the BladeCluster zone.
