Specifies the number of times to resend a
packet. The range is from 1 to 5000. Default is
5.
reply-mode
MODE
Specifies the reply mode for the echo request
packet.
z Reply with IP UDP packet (default)
z Reply with IP UDP packet with router alert
timeout
TIME_OUT
Specifies the timeout interval in seconds. The
range is from 1 to 500. Default is 60.
ttl TTL_VAL
Specifies the TTL value to be used in the
MPLS labels.
The range is from 1 to 255. Default is 255.

This command has no default settings.
Examples
In the following example, the ping mpls l2-circuit command is used to initiate
sending MPLS echo request packets in the specified Layer-2 Virtual Circuit
(VC) of the MPLS cloud.

ping mpls l2-circuit 100 source 10.10.10.10 destination 127.0.0.1 dsmap
detail flags interval 100 repeat 100 reply-mode timeout 100 ttl 200
