Setting optional parameters
Syntax: show ip client-pub-key [begin
To clear the public keys from the buffers, enter the following command.
TurboIron#clear public-key
Syntax: clear public-key
Use the ip ssh pub-key remove command to delete the public key from the system.
Enabling DSA challenge-response authentication
DSA challenge-response authentication is enabled by default. You can disable or re-enable it
manually.
To enable DSA challenge-response authentication.
TurboIron(config)#ip ssh key-authentication yes
To disable DSA challenge-response authentication.
TurboIron(config)#ip ssh key-authentication no
Syntax: ip ssh key-authentication yes | no
Setting optional parameters
You can adjust the following SSH settings on the device:

The number of SSH authentication retries
•
The user authentication method the device uses for SSH connections
•
Whether the device allows users to log in without supplying a password
•
The port number for SSH connections
•
The SSH login timeout value
•
A specific interface to be used as the source for all SSH traffic from the device
•
The maximum idle time for SSH sessions
