BFD session performance table
This table specifies the performance counters for BFD sessions.
bfdSessAddr

Syntax: InetAddress Read-only The IP address of the interface associated with this BFD session.
Also used to enable BFD on a specific interface.
The value is set to zero when the BFD session is not associated
with a specific interface.

Syntax: Unsigned32 Read-only Specifies the minimum interval, in microseconds, that the local
system would like to use when transmitting BFD Control packets.
