Use snAgentCpuUtilTable if supported on a device instead of snAgGblCpuUtil1SecAvg,
snAgGblCpuUtil5SecAvg, and snAgGblCpuUtil1MinAvg.
Group C consists of the snAgentCpu table.
The snAgentCpu table was created because switch families evolved from a single-CPU system to a
multi-CPU system and CPU utilization information to non-management CPUs is required.
