The row status variable is used according to the installation and
removal conventions for conceptual rows.
Setting this object to active(1) or createAndGo(4) binds the Layer 2
ACL to the specified physical port.
Setting this object to destroy(6) unbinds the Layer 2 ACL from the
port.
Other values in the enumeration are not used.

minutes and cumulative accounting data since the ACL was
installed. Each field is separated by a pipe character. For example,
5MIN|CUMULATIVE|ACL Number|ACL Filter Id|ACL Name.
Depending on the value of the brcdPbrAclAccntCounterType object
the corresponding counter will have the value while the other is
zero.
