Textual conventions
The Layer 2 ACL tables use the following textual conventions.

Syntax: Counter64
Read-only
Receive-ACL forward counter used for rate limiting. Not
used for other ACL kind. The value returned is per ACL,
instead of per filter within the ACL.
This object supports rate limiting statistics for ACL and
Layer 2 ACL-enabled interfaces.
