Open Connection Definition
Incoming Frame Settings
1. In the Open Connection dialog, enter a value for the Incoming Open Frame Number
and the Number of Errors in the corresponding text box.
2. Click the down arrow next to the Primitive Response: drop down list box, choose a
primitive response, and enter a value for the Delay in Sending Response text box.
3. Enter a value for Outgoing Open Frame Number and Number of Errors in the
corresponding text box.
Outgoing Frame Settings
Click Outgoing Open Frame Error Settings to display the Open Frame Setting dialog.
Check the errors to introduce and click OK.

Close Connection Definition
1. In the Close Connection dialog, enter a value for the Erroneous Close Connection
Number and the Number of Errors in the corresponding text box.
2. Click the down arrow next to the Close Sequence Type drop down list box, then
choose a closing sequence.
3. For a delay in sending, click the Delay in Sending check box, click the down arrow on
the associated drop down list box, choose what to delay, and enter a value for the
Delay Time.
