Managing Clips

- Clips already transferred to the project folder
1 Select and right-click the clip, and click [Transfer to Project Folder].
You can select multiple clips.
Data transfer to the project folder is started in the background.
Checking the Progress of Background Jobs
The clip in the bin now references the file transferred to the project folder.
Transferring High-resolution Data
You can transfer high-resolution data of clips containing only proxy data to the project folder.

• The high-resolution data of the following clips cannot be transferred:
- Clips other than video clips
- Clips already containing high-resolution data
1 Select and right-click a clip, and click [Transfer HiRes].

Operations in the Folder View
You can register clips for individual folders to classify them. Folders can be added under the [root] folder in a
hierarchical structure.

The [root] folder cannot be moved or copied.
• Folders independent from the [root] folder cannot be created.
Creating a Folder
1 Right-click the folder in the folder view, and click [New Folder].
A new folder is created on the layer under the selected folder.
2 Enter the folder name.
Moving Folders
1 Drag a folder, and drop it onto the destination folder.
