CDR Size by Transaction Type
The Octel Overture 200/300 allocates 2 MB of disk space for CDR events, and records a time stamp
(TIMEST) every 2 K. Each call record requires from 10–18 bytes, depending on the number of digits in
the mailbox. Table 7-5 shows the length of call detail records by transaction type.
