(3) Regulator for Purge Air and Air for Solenoid Valves

This regulator is a manifold style regulator used to adjust pressure of purging air and air for
solenoid valves, and is located in the pressure/fl ow control section (see Figure 6.21).
(1) Stop the operation. (See “3.3.4 Stopping operation” for this procedure).
(2) Stop the supply of power.

CAUTION

The isothermal oven is extremely hot after turning off the power immediately. Keep the purging
air supplied for more than an hour after turning off the power. Keep hands away from the oven
components.

(3) Turn off the supply of the purging air.
(4) Remove the cover by removing the two screws of the pressure/fl ow control section.
(5) Disconnect all of the tubes connected to the manifold regulator. When disconnecting the

tubes, label those for ease of identifying the connections later. Disconnect the tubes by
pulling them while pressing the black part of the connector.
