2. Functions
1) High-speed Pulse Counting
A High-speed Counter Module counts high-speed pulses from pulse generators such as
rotary encoders. The pulse count is stored in input registers in the CPU Module.
2) Notch Signal Output
A High-speed Counter Module compares the pulse count with a preset notch point set
values and outputs digital signals called notch signals to external devices such as relays.
