6. Browse to find the correct folder and type in the file name in the File Name box. Place
a check mark next to Generate HTML Report to save the file in HTML format as well
as an .xml format.
A browser window will open displaying the html document as shown below.

If Generate HTML Report is not checked, the file will be saved in XML format only. The
XML file will not automatically display in the browser, you will need to manually open
the browser window and browse for the XML file and open it.
