Users Table
Users Table
There is one table in which to configure user names. It is found under the “Views’ pane:
There are 3 sections in the page:
• Filter
• Alias list
• Buttons
Filter
At the top of the page is a ‘Name’ filter: if you enter text in this field, the list of user names is
restricted to those names that contain the text you entered.
User List
The user list has 2 columns:
• ID. These are the database IDs of the groups.
• User name. An entry in this column is a user name.
You can use click, shift-click, and control-click techniques to select any of the users in the list.
Buttons
At the bottom of the page are 5 simple buttons:
• Add
Click ‘Add’ to add a new row at the end of the user list in which you can specify a new user
name.
• Delete
Click ‘Delete’ to remove all selected rows from the table. The entries will not be deleted until
you click ‘Save’ or ‘Save & Close’.
