•
Duration
The length of time that the tieline has been in use by a route. If this value cannot be deter-
mined, the field is blank.
•
Source level
A field in this column identify the physical level of the source (or upstream) device of the
tieline.
•
‘Src device:port’
A field in this column actually has two data: (1) the name of the source device and the port in
physical level identified in the ‘Source Level’ field.
•
Destination level
A field in this column identify the physical level of the destination (or downstream) device of
the tieline.
•
‘Dst device:port’
A field in this column actually has two data: (1) the name of the destination device and the
port in physical level identified in the ‘Destination Level’ field.
Filtering
You can use a filter to restrict the number of entries in the table using the ‘Search’ drop-down
menu and the ‘For’ field. The drop-down menu has 4 entries that correspond to 4 columns in the
table: ‘User’, ‘Tieline’, ‘Source Device’, and ‘Destination Device’.
To filter the table, choose one of the entries in the ‘Search’ drop-down list and type search text in
the ‘For’ field. Only those table entries in which the specified field contains the search text will
be displayed. To display all table entries, clear the ‘For’ field.
Tieline Graph
The graph shows the topology of the tielines defined in the configuration of the control system.
(Tielines are defined in the ‘Tielines’ page of the Configuration pane.)
The graph represents physical levels by blue rectangles and identifies the specific physical level
as the title of the rectangle.
The lines between the rectangles represent sets of tielines.
The label associated with a line has two parts:
[xxx] TOTAL and [yyy] IN USE
The number “xxx” is the number of tielines in the set. The number “yyy” is the number of tielines
in use in that set. It is possible for “yyy” to be 0.
The numbers of tielines in use, as shown in the graph, corresponds to the data in the tieline
usage section.
