User’s Guide
The ‘Suffix’ and ‘Navigate’ buttons (at the right) allow you to create a suffix page or a “global
navigation” page instead of a panel configuration. These buttons (and corresponding pages) are
enabled only for certain panel types (e.g., the NV9640).
‘Previous’ Button
Click the ‘Previous’ button if you want to go to the previous page in the panel definition
sequence.
‘Next’ Button
Click ‘Next’ to go to the the panel’s configuration page. In this page, you specify the details of
the panel configuration.
‘Finish’ Button
Click ‘Finish’ to accept the panel thus far defined in the ‘Add Control Panel’ page.
The panel definition, as specified in the ‘Add Control Panel’ page is incomplete. You must later
go to the panel configuration page to complete the definition.
This button allows you to create a number of panel definitions rapidly and complete them later.
After you click ‘Finish’, the ‘Add Control Panel’ page remains and is re-initialized for additional
entries.
‘Cancel’ Button
Click ‘Cancel’ if you want to terminate the panel definition you started.
When you click ‘Cancel’, the ‘Add Control Panel’ page re-initializes for another entry.
‘Suffix’ and ‘Navigate’ Buttons
For certain hardware (or virtual) panels, you may create “suffix pages” and “global navigation”
pages. Those panels are the NV9640, NV9641, NV9642, NV9647, and the NV9654. (These are the
panels that have hierarchical button layouts — button “pages” — as well as LCD buttons.)

If you select one of those panel types in the ‘Add Control Panel’ page, you can create a “suffix
page” or a “global navigation” page to be included in one or more panel configurations of that
panel type.
