Device Details Page
You can access the ‘Device Details’ page by (1) clicking the ‘Edit Selected Device’ button of the
‘Devices’ page, (2) clicking the ‘Next’ button of the ‘Add Device’ page, or (3) clicking ‘Edit’ in the
‘Devices’ table (under the ‘Views’ pane).
This is a sample ‘Device Details’ page:
The page has 3 main sections:
• Device Information
• I/O Ports
• Buttons
Device Information Section
The ‘Name’ field displays the device’s name. It is basically a reminder of which device you are
viewing, but you can also change the name of the device here.
The ‘Description’ field can contain any description of the device that you find useful. It is not
necessary to enter any information in this field.
The ‘Level Set’ field tells you to which level set this device has been assigned. (You cannot
modify this field here.) (See

page 116 for information.)
The ‘Current Categories’ block lists the categories to which this device has been assigned. (See
Categories on page 138 and Categories Page on page 144 for information.)
