Name Sets
Configuration of Name Sets
Add Name Set
Click ‘Add Name Set’ to create a new name set. A dialog appears:
Enter a name for the name set and click ‘OK’ to create the name set. Otherwise, click ‘Cancel’.
When you create the name set, an new empty column appears in the name set table, at the
right. The column header is the name you gave the name set.
Delete ‹
name set›
To delete a name set:
1 Click anywhere in the column belonging to the name set you want to delete. The title of the
delete button changes to reflect the name set you chose.
2 Click the ‘Delete ‹name set›’ button.
Edit ‹
name set›
To change the name of a name set, click ‘Edit ‹name set›’. A dialog appears:
Enter a new name for the name set and click ‘OK’ to rename the name set. Otherwise, click
‘Cancel’.
Bulk Change Section
The bulk change section lets you move or copy multiple names from one name set to another
and to delete multiple names.
The bulk change section has 3 buttons, 2 drop-down lists and a check box:
From
The ‘From’ drop-down list lets you select the name set (column) from which to move or copy
names or from which to delete names.
To
The ‘To’ drop-down list lets you select the name set (column) to which to move or copy names.
