Button Definition Section

The button definition section configures the button you have selected in the image of the
NV9604:

When you choose a button type, additional drop-down menus can appear, depending on the
button type, allowing you to further specify the button’s behavior. Available options and selec-
tions vary from button type to button type.

When the NV9604 is used as an NV9602 extension, the use of the buttons depends on the mode
in which the NV9602 is configured.

When the NV9604 is used by itself, the NV9604 has no modes, but can operate either as single-
destination panel (using the default destination) or as an X-Y panel.

These are the button types available for NV9604 configurations:

Source

Salvo

Source

‘Previous Source’ and ‘Salvo’ buttons are available only when the panel is an NV9602 extension.

Note that other panels might have button types with the same names but that perform
different functions.
