Tieline Configuration Page
You can access the tieline configuration page (1) by clicking ‘Edit Selected Tielines’ in the
‘Tielines’ page, (2) by clicking the ‘Next’ button of the ‘Add Tieline’ page (under the ‘Tasks’ pane),
or (3) by clicking ‘Edit’ in the ‘Tieline2’ table (under the ‘Views’ pane).
The tieline configuration page is not called that in NV9000-SE Utilities. It is identified by the
tieline name in the page’s tab.
This is a sample tieline configuration page:
In this page, you define a simple tieline — one between physical levels of two routers. The page
has 5 sections:
• Basic Information
• Upstream Router Parameters
• Downstream Router Parameters
• Connection Graph
• Buttons
Using this page requires you to follow a certain order in performing the configuration steps. See
Method on page 423.
