Installation
Chapter 3 provides installation instructions.
NV9000-SE Utilities normally ships to you on a Grass Valley software and documentation CD
(part number SB0033-17). Use the CD’s autoplay menus to navigate to, and click the installation
button for, NV9000-SE Utilities.
If you have received the NV9000-SE Utilities installation program by some other means, simply
locate and double-click the installer file.
The installation process will then begin. It is simple and quick.
You may install NV9000-SE Utilities on as many PCs as you like.
 NV9000-SE Utilities runs under Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7.
Take the following steps to install NV9000-SE Utilities.
From the CD
1 Place the SB0033-17 CD provided in the CD Rom drive of your PC. The CD should automati-
cally display its initial menu after a few seconds:
Click ‘Configuration Software’.
