Configuration Options
There is one configuration option. That is tieline cost:
Enter an integer value that you think represents the cost of using this simple tieline.
The cost, obviously, is not in units of currency. The cost is a value relative to the costs of other
tielines and represents, effectively, the energy required to send a signal on that tieline.
The maximum value is 999,999,999.
The cost of any multi-hop route is the sum of the costs of its individual simple tielines (or
“hops”).
‘Add Tieline Group’ Page
The ‘Add Tieline Group’ page starts a series of steps, in multiple pages, in which you create a new
tieline group. There are two ways to get the ‘Add Tieline Group’ page:
•
Click the ‘Add Tieline Group’ button at the bottom of the ‘Tieline Groups’ page (of the ‘Con-
figuration’ pane).
•
Click ‘Add Tieline Group’ in the ‘Tasks’ pane.
This is a sample of the page:
This page, as the start of a series, has 1 main section, in addition to the buttons at the bottom:
basic group information.
